Physical Resiliency™ Challenges

Physical Resiliency™

Physical Resiliency™ Challenges are essential to spur action.

To accomplish anything worthwhile, challenge is essential. There are obstacles in any attempt, there’s a struggle in the striving. But that’s what gives the accomplishment meaning.

As a part of The Resilient Life, we’ve set up 52 weekly survival and preparedness challenges. These are designed to teach you something new and push you to act.

It’s not just passive learning, like reading a book. It’s active learning by doing.

So, if you’re up for it, you can earn a badge to prove you met the challenge.

To earn this badge, complete all the individual requirements and post proof in the appropriate badge section.

PLEASE NOTE: We will send you an email each week with the challenges in the sequential order listed below. Once you complete a challenge, you’ll want to come and mark that challenge complete.

That being said, you have immediate access to ALL 52 weekly Physical Resiliency Challenges from day 1. You are free to go through them at your own pace. However, we recommend that you tackle one challenge per week.

They were originally intended to be done in order, but if you feel like skipping around. That is up to you. For example, if you’re going camping next summer and you want to complete all the outdoor survival challenges on your camping trip, please feel free.
