We believe that in order to achieve true mentally resiliency you need four major ingredients 1) A Stoic Mindset 2) Deep Seeded Gratitude 3) Immense Patience 4) Common Sense.
So as a part of The Resilient Life, we’ve set up 52 weekly Mental Resiliency Challenges. These are designed to teach you something new and push you to act and learn.
It’s not just passive learning, like reading a book. It’s active learning by doing.
So, if you’re up for it, you can earn a badge to prove you were up for the challenge.
To earn this badge, complete all the individual requirements and post proof in the appropriate badge section.
PLEASE NOTE: We will send you an email each week with the challenges in the sequential order listed below. Once you complete a challenge, you’ll want to come and mark that challenge complete.
That being said, you have immediate access to ALL weekly challenges from day 1 (as we finish and publish them). You are free to go through them at your own pace. However, we recommend that you tackle one challenge per week.
