There are two different kinds of challenges that make up The Resilient Life.
Both are equally important.
The first are Physical Resiliency™ Challenges.
The second are Mental Resiliency™ Challenges.
Physical Resiliency™ are meant to prepare both your physical body as well as your physical spaces. Think of things along the lines of learning how to build a makeshift water filter, building a debris shelter, and stockpiling food just to name a few.
Mental Resiliency™ is the perfect blend of modern-day stoicism, gratitude, patience, and common sense. They are designed to help you become more mentally tough to life’s ups and downs.
Like I said, both are equally important and each week, for an entire year, I’m going to send you a physical and mental challenge for you to complete.
Each challenge will have three different degrees of difficulty and you get to decide which level you want to complete.
